Nowadays the term agile is everywhere in the business worlds. But what does it means to “be agile”. Over the last few year we started moving into an Agile way of working. In this process we realised that the transformation can be quite hard. We try different things: we fail in many and we succeed in a few. I would like to share with you the troubles we run into, the lessons we learnt and the paths we chose to finally find out what “being” agile is really about. I hope this talk inspire more agencies to give agile a try. It definitely helped us to make our agency a better place to work.
