So she started to look for ideas on how to help her customers and discovered the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method. This method is useful for fostering innovations, making strategic decisions, building teams and creating products. The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a unique method as it facilitates engagement as well as hearing, taking the opinion of each and every member of the group into account.
