I’m interested in sharing some experience and build a dialogue with other actors of the market. I’m a TYPO3 developer, Scrum Master, former entrepreneur. This different experience allow me to explore from various angle of view the complex situation of using Scrum in Web Agencies. Together we can see some suggestions how to handle multiple projects and team, how integrate designers and developers and enhance the collaboration with clients and product owners (or should we say project managers?). We will see some alternatives to Scrum. How a team can be involved and enjoy his work with passion and new ideas. How the roles can be adjusted on your context, how CI / CD can help the team. What’s the difference between building a product or working on projects.
