Every project results in a change inside your organization. Many projects and organization fail to fully understand what happens when change and the impact on people is not taken into account of a project, program or wave. In this presentation I will talk about change management, what it is, where it is placed within your project team and when you should start with it. Also I will address how to use change management within Agile teams. 

This presentation won’t be all theory,  it will mostly tell you the story about my experience with embracing change within T-Mobile, how we changed and used methods to improve the objectives of our projects.
