UX - The benefit of choice

In the developed world if a product fails to provide us with a positive emotional experience we can simply look for an alternative.

The relationship we build every time we interact with a tool occur automatically and unconsciously. If we experience anger we are pushed to find a different solution. If we experience happiness we are driven to follow the path we have taken.

The true distinction lies in how the product make users feel.

Incorporating emotion should be a key consideration when designing products or websites.

I will go trough a series of practical example to find out how the user unconsciously choose between your product or the competition. Which key emotion play a decisive role and how to increase positive emotion in your product.
