Cecilia Fernandez de Cordoba, Senior Director DevOps at FICO and Former Global Head of Engineering Methods & Standards, Deutsche Bank - A passionate engineer with 16 years of experience in building software delivery organizations, Cecilia’s passion is to create product-centric organizations that foster cooperation instead of competition. Cecilia started her entrepreneurship in 2003 creating an online gaming franchise in her hometown Quito, Ecuador. She moved to Europe in 2008 to study at the Mannheim Business School. Following ten years of leading many cultural and technical changes connected to open source technologies and practices, she recently left Deutsche Bank as Global Head of Engineering Methods and Standards to join FICO.
