Tja-lin Mei is the Online Channel Manager responsible for the TU/e website, from goal setting to making it happen and making it better. The recent redesign required multiple teams, mapping the needs of very diverse audiences and consultation with many stakeholders.

Prior to joining TU/e in 2015, Tja-lin spent her working years on marketing and communications in high-tech companies, in close collaboration with technical experts of all stripes. This has reinforced her strong inclination to take the scientific, data-driven approach even for projects involving human metrics - a character trait that has served her well.
